What do the metrics and the data tell us and what we need to change, improve, optimize, or not do? This workshop is designed to explore how to take your current and future metrics and workforce planning data to the next level. Specifically, how do you as a recruiting leader take the data and optimize your recruiting function? During this interactive session, we will focus on taking your current metrics and analytics (as well as new metrics we will discuss) to the next level.
